Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your order is received damaged, contact us at glitterkrewe@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving.  Take pictures of the packaging and items and email them to us.  We will do all we can to resolve the situation.

Once the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send it.

Please note, you must contact us before returning an order or it will not be accepted.

Once we receive the return, you will be notified and you will be refunded immediately according to your original payment method.

Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if there is a problem.  We will do all we can to resolve the issue right away.

Custom products, special orders, and personalized items are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about an item.
